Neufang has been working as Executive Director of GBTA since February 2021. Her diverse executive career has included senior leadership roles with several high-profile travel and technology companies, for example as Senior Vice President-Americas for HRS Global Hotel Solutions. Before HRS, Neufang worked for 10 years as an executive leader with Sabre Travel Network, GetThere and Travelocity and later as a divisional Chief Marketing Officer for Fortune 500 software giant Intuit. An active member of GBTA since 2005, Neufang led ACTE as Board President from 2012 to 2014 and as a Board Member from 2014 to 2018. She served as ACTE’s interim Executive Director during summer 2012.

Building on this extensive experience, Eugen has spent the past five years at the helm of TravelPerk, where he has been instrumental in directing dedicated teams across the DACH region. 

Franck Monsauret joined Uber in 2017 to launch and grow its B2B business in France. In his previous roles, he was General Manager of Southern Europe at Outbrain, overseeing growth in France, in Italy and in Spain. He opened Outbrain's French office in 2011, building close relationships with media groups and major brands. Before, he was in charge of sales development at Kewego, a major video platform acquired by Kit Digital. At the beginning of his career, he also held several sales roles at NRJ Group in France.

As Visumpoint's Sales Manager, Rafael is dedicated to expanding the international market and driving new business initiatives. With a strong background in sales, after-sales, and new business development spanning more than 15 years in management positions, Rafael, as a lawyer, brings extensive experience in legal consulting and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has effectively coordinated multidisciplinary teams and participated in bidding processes with governmental and private entities. His education includes a law degree from Catholic University Andrés Bello (UCAB), complemented by further studies at prestigious institutions such as Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and Externado University of Colombia.

Kathrein has worked at visumPOINT since 2012 and has been Vice President of Growth since January 2023. With over 10 years of industry experience, she knows the various requirements of travel management for digitalized and automated entry requirements. As a lecturer on all entry topics such as visas, social security certificates and EU notifications, she is always up to date on what needs to be considered for foreign business trips.
