After working as a heavy traveling management consultant, Sarah joined the climate protection NGO atmosfair. Working closely with clients on offsetting strategies, Sarah decided to co-found eco.mio to support companies in the actual reduction of business travel emissions. eco.mio’s software integrates into the existing booking tools and nudges business travelers towards the greener travel option.

Katja Firat works as a travel manager at adesso SE, the leading IT service provider in German-speaking countries. The adesso group intensively deals with the topics "Sustainable Software", "Sustainable Business" and "Sustainable Company".

In her role as travel manager, Katja Firat is responsible for the topic of sustainable business travel and works to achieve the internal sustainability goals. It is important to her to inform employees about the climate impact of business travel and to make them allies, because the goals can only be achieved together.

Amélie Losanes is a Senior Consultant within the Advito’s Sustainable Collaboration practice dedicated to guiding global clients to reduce the environmental impact of their travel program.

She launched her career in travel as a leisure consultant and then moved on to a program manager role with BCD Travel in 2017, helping clients tackle business travel challenges. She’s also involved in building awareness and advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion and environmental action in the workplace and beyond.

Amélie has lived and worked in four countries (France, Germany, United Kingdom and United States) and speaks three languages fluently. She holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management and is grateful that she is able to combine work and passion on the daily.

Ertan Okcu bringt über 13 Jahre Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen im Bereich Operations und Geschäftsleitung mit. Derzeit ist er als Operations Director Germany & Austria bei CIBT in Frankfurt am Main tätig. Vor dieser Position leitete er sieben Jahre lang die deutschen Operationen bei CIBT und war verantwortlich für Teams und komplexe Geschäftsprozesse. Seine berufliche Laufbahn bei CIBT begann vor fast 14 Jahren als Visa- und Legalization Consultant mit Fokus auf Siemens. Davor war er mehr als elf Jahre als Travel Manager in einem renommierten Reisebüro tätig. Ertan verfügt über tiefgehendes Wissen im Bereich Operations und Geschäftsleitung, einschließlich Audits, Anforderungsanalyse, Business-Analyse, Management und der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams. Zusätzlich besitzt er spezialisierte Kenntnisse im Reise- und Visawesen, einschließlich der Organisation von Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisen sowie im Visa- und Legalisierungsprozess.

Catharina Larkin ist seit 2018 bei CIBT tätig und bekleidet seit 2021 die Position im Bereich Business Development. In ihrer Rolle als Business Development Manager ist sie verantwortlich für die Akquise und Betreuung neuer Kunden in Deutschland und Österreich. Vor ihrer Zeit bei CIBT verbrachte Catharina 14 Jahre in einem renommierten deutschen Unternehmen, wobei sie sich 10 Jahre lang auf das operative Beschaffungswesen spezialisierte. Neben ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung im Kundenservice verfügt Catharina über ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und setzt sich aktiv für deren Realisierung ein. Sie hat erfolgreich einen Bachelor Professional of Business (CCI) Abschluss von der IHK Frankfurt erworben.

Tina Rahner ist Versicherungsfachwirtin und Assistanceprofi und arbeitet seit 13 Jahren bei der Medical Helpline Worldwide GmbH. Nach langjähriger Tätigkeit als Leiterin des Notfallteams übernimmt sie seit circa 2 Jahren das Key Account Management des Unternehmens. Durch ihre umfangreichen Erfahrungen im Notfallmanagement und ihre langen Auslandsaufenthalte, unter Anderem in Irland, Italien und Costa Rica sowie vielen privaten und beruflichen Reisen nach Asien, Afrika und Lateinamerika kennt sie die Problemstellungen bei Erkrankungen und Unfällen im Ausland sehr gut und ist Expertin in der Erstellung von medizinischen Notfallkonzepten.
